How to Install ascd software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

ascd software package provides CD player and mixer, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ascd

ascd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ascd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ascd *

You will get with ascd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
